Travel // Copenhagen
Oh wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen what an incredible city. The architecture, the people, the bicycles, the views, the food oh my goodness the food!
Rob and I decided earlier in the year we would jet off somewhere for our third wedding anniversary, Twixmas and New Year all rolled into one. After (not much) deliberation, we found cheap flights via EasyJet to Copenhagen. We booked roughly 4 months in advance to get the best prices, I always use Skyscanner we paid £70 each way.
Rob was in charge of finding our accommodation and we decided on a budget of £450 each for four nights.
As we were going for our wedding anniversary, and not been to Copenhagen before we decided a hotel would be best for us rather than an AirBnb and worked out cheaper for us.
Now to manage your expectations, Copenhagen is incredibly expensive more so than Oslo and maybe a bit more than central London prices (touristy bits) we think anyway!
We chose to stay at Hotel Skt Anna and I have to say it was a fab stay, very comfortable, well designed and great location for us.
Here are a few pics from our stay. We will deffo be returning to Copenhagen, we loved it!
